Who performs treatments?
Our treatments are performed by experienced medical providers and licensed skincare professionals committed to safe, personalized care.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for treatments, skincare products, or a custom dollar amount. Contact our office for purchasing information.
Do you sell medical-grade skincare?
Yes. We proudly offer ZO Skin Health and other professional skincare products recommended by our providers.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you treat men?
Absolutely. We offer aesthetic treatments and skincare services for both women and men, with treatment plans customized to each individual.
Consultations
Do I need a consultation?
Some treatments require a consultation before scheduling, while others may be performed during the same visit. If you're unsure where to start, we recommend booking a consultation.
What happens during a consultation?
Your provider will discuss your concerns, review your medical history, evaluate your skin or treatment area, and recommend a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.
How much does a consultation cost?
Skincare consultations are 20 minutes and cost $65.
Can I have treatment the same day as my consultation?
Often, yes. If you're an appropriate candidate and enough appointment time is available, many treatments can be performed during the same visit.
Can consultations be virtual?
Yes. While we prefer in-person consultations, telehealth consultations are available for patients traveling from out of town or who are unable to visit the office.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Please bring a list of your current medications, information about previous cosmetic treatments, and any questions you'd like to discuss with your provider.
What if I don't know which treatment I need?
That's perfectly okay. Your consultation is designed to help determine which treatment — or combination of treatments — is best suited to your goals.
Payment & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing options are available for qualifying patients through Alle Pay and Cherry Payment Plans.
Do you accept insurance?
No, all services offered in our office are considered elective and not covered by insurance.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Some treatments may qualify. Please check with your HSA or FSA administrator to determine eligibility.
Are deposits required?
Certain appointments or treatments may require a deposit when scheduling. Our team will let you know if a deposit applies to your appointment.

Will I have downtime?
Some treatments have little to no downtime, while others require several days of recovery. Your provider will review what to expect before your procedure.
When will I see results?
Some treatments provide immediate improvement, while others develop gradually over several weeks or months as collagen production is stimulated.
How long do results last?

Can I wear makeup after treatment?
This depends on the treatment performed. Your provider will review your specific aftercare instructions before you leave the office.
Can I exercise after treatment?
Some treatments require avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours. Your provider will explain any temporary restrictions.

Are your products FDA approved?
Many of the products and devices used at Well Aesthetics are FDA-approved or FDA-cleared for specific indications. Your provider will discuss the recommended treatment during your consultation.
Can you guarantee my results?
No. Every patient heals differently, and results vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, age, skin quality, and other individual factors.
What if I experience a problem after treatment?
If you experience unexpected pain, significant swelling, signs of infection, or any concerning symptoms, please contact our office immediately. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Do I need to follow aftercare instructions?
Yes. Following your provider's aftercare instructions is important for proper healing, minimizing complications, and achieving the best possible outcome.
